Cooking time: Approximately 20 minutes

Serving size: 4

Cooking instructions:

1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. This aromatic blend will give your chicken a fiery kick!

3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, ensuring they are coated evenly.

4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts, pressing gently to adhere the spices to the meat.

5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the seasoned chicken breasts, giving them a tangy twist.

6. Place the chicken on the grill or grill pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). The chicken should be nicely charred and cooked through.

7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

8. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired, for an extra burst of freshness.

Beginner Tips:

- If you don't have a grill or grill pan, you can also cook the chicken in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 20-25 minutes. Just make sure to flip the chicken halfway through the cooking process.

- Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper according to your heat preference. If you like it milder, reduce the amount, or if you prefer it spicier, feel free to add a bit more.

- Don't skip the resting step after grilling! This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in tender and juicy chicken.!
