Crust Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water

Topping Ingredients:


  • 1 large potato, diced small
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce

Instructions:


  1. Make the dough by mixing flours and salt. Stir in yogurt and water until combined. Knead 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll dough into 12" round and top with toppings.
  3. Cook it for 10 to 20 minutes until the color turns beautiful golden, then take the pizza out and let it cool a little and serve it in its best shape.
