Delicious Indian Pizza Recipe
Crust Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
Topping Ingredients:
- 1 large potato, diced small
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Make the dough by mixing flours and salt. Stir in yogurt and water until combined. Knead 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll dough into 12" round and top with toppings.
- Cook it for 10 to 20 minutes until the color turns beautiful golden, then take the pizza out and let it cool a little and serve it in its best shape.
