Prosciutto, Arugula, Shaved Parmigiano Pizza


Ingredients:

- Pizza dough - Tomato sauce - Fresh mozzarella, sliced - Prosciutto, thinly sliced - Baby arugula - Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, shaved - Olive oil - Sea salt


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll or stretch dough into a 12-inch round and place on a pizza peel or baking sheet. 


 2. Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2 inch 
border. Top with mozzarella slices. 


 3. Arrange prosciutto slices evenly
 over pizza. Scatter arugula leaves. 


 4. Drizzle pizza with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.

 5. Slide pizza onto preheated pizza stone or bake directly on sheet.

 6. Bake 10-12 minutes until crust is golden brown. 

 7. Remove from oven. Top with shaved Parmigiano cheese.

 8. Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
