Pepperoni, Mushroom, Black Olive Pizza




Ingredients:

- Pizza dough - Tomato sauce - Sliced pepperoni - Sliced mushrooms - Black olives, pitted and halved - Shredded mozzarella cheese

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the dough by letting it rise for 1-2 hours. 

 2
. Preheat oven to 450°F with a 
pizza stone or baking sheet inside. 


 3. On a lightly floured surface, us a
 rolling pin to roll out dough to a 12-inch round, 1/4 inch thickness.


 4. Transfer dough to a pizza peel or
 baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border. 

 5. Layer sliced pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives evenly over sauce.

 6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over toppings. 

 7. Slide pizza directly onto hot baking surface. 
Bake 15-18 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is melted and browned. 

 8. Remove from oven and slice into 8 pieces. Serve warm.
